The goal was to use our intensely focused and specialized niche for new store development within the convenience store and retail fuel industries to target a very specific client base. This allowed us to use our strongest skill sets and industry experience to provide the highest level of quality to our clients. We feel very strongly that our history of successful results prove that we are the very best at spearheading organic growth within this industry. Our executive team combines to bring over 30 years of experience in real estate development, brokerage, finance, store operations, and construction to the company. This experience includes developing over 75 convenience stores, truck stops, and single/multi-tenant retail projects.

16 Years of real estate development and construction experience in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, Florida, and Wisconsin. Prior to starting Convenience Development Partners, Adam was the Director of Real Estate and Development for Circle K Heartland for 2 years where he spearheaded all new store development as well as directing existing store acquisitions program. Adam is also a managing principal of Convenience Building Group, which is a general contracting and construction services company.
